Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Galaxie Lighting Corporation on line store. Upon process of your online order, you agree to accept these terms & conditions. Please read carefully.

General Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your product(s), you may return the product(s) within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund less shipping charges, (if applicable). For special orders, the manufacturer's 25% restocking fee will apply (does not apply to in stock items from Galaxie Lighting's local warehouse).

The customer must notify customer service at customerservice@galaxielighting.com within (14) days after receipt of any return products. No exceptions after (14) days.

Upon return of product, the product must be:
In the original packages
New condition
Undamaged
Not installed or modified.

Non-Refundable Items
Custom or handmade products
Lightbulbs
Clearance or Sale items
Parts

Returns for Defective Products
If within (14) days of receiving your order, any product proves to be defective, contact us immediately. Do Not Ship the product back without contacting us first for a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) issued and return instructions. After we receive the defective merchandise, upon claim and approval of inspection, a replacement fixture is exchanged at no charge for the defective fixture, unless the fixture is discontinued or no longer available, then a refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling charges will be issued.

Returns for Damaged Products
Please inspect items upon receipt, if there are damaged items, please notify us right away. It is your responsibility to inspect the fixture immediately and before having it installed. Please do not ship product until you have received return instructions, as long as there is proof of notification within 14 days you will receive return instructions shortly after. After 14 days of receipt, if there is no notification from the customer, a refund or exchange will not be issued. No exceptions.

Merchandise that has been damaged in the return transit are non- refundable but would be refundable from the shipping carrier as long as the items are insured and a claim has been made to the shipping carrier. Galaxie Lighting recommends you insure your return shipment. Galaxie Lighting will not refund if your product is returned damaged from the carrier and is not insured.

Warranties
All products sold by Galaxie Lighting Corporation are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. This warranty will be furnished upon written request. If you have purchased a product from us and find it to be defective, please contact Customer Support at customerservice@galaxielighting.com for assistance in processing your claim. We will not be liable for installation fees of any kind.

Delivery
Orders typically take 2 to 3 weeks for delivery depending on availability. Occasionally production schedules change and a product will be temporarily out of stock. This can cause delays. Backorders from manufacturers are beyond our control. Please contact us at customerservice@galaxielighting.com if your order has not been received in the time expected and we will track your order as soon as we receive information.

Shipping charges incurred due to incorrect address, zip code, or the refusal of an item will be charged back to the customer. We cannot ship to PO Box locations.
Seller is not to be accountable for delays in delivery. Factory shipment or delivery dates are the best estimates of our suppliers.

Privacy Policy
Galaxie Lighting Corporation and subsidiaries are committed to protecting your privacy. Information you provide us will not be sold or given to any outside party. Any such information is kept private and confidential.

Acceptance of Order
Acceptance of any order is subject to credit approval and acceptance of order by seller and suppliers. If buyer fails to comply with these terms & conditions of sale or if buyer's credit becomes unsatisfactory to seller, seller reserves the right to terminate upon notice to buyer and without liability to seller.

Pricing or Product Description Discrepancies
Galaxie Lighting Corporation and subsidiaries make every effort to assure the accuracy of the pricing and product information on our website. From time to time, pricing or product information may be inaccurate. Please be advised that all prices and information shown here are subject to verification by our showroom personnel. In the event of a discrepancy, we reserve the right to make any corrections necessary
